1. Privacy Policy

We collect personal, account, technical, and communication details to provide services, process payments, send updates, improve user experience, and comply with laws. Information is shared only with service providers or as required by law. Cookies may be used to analyze traffic. Students may request access, corrections, or deletion of data. Services are for individuals 18+ only.

2. Refund & Cancellation Policy

All sales of digital products are final. Subscriptions renew until canceled, with no partial refunds. Workshops canceled 7+ days before start: full refund; 3–6 days: 50% refund/credit; under 48 hours: non-refundable. Emergency exceptions may be considered.

3. Academic Policy

Students must maintain academic integrity, use course materials only for personal use, and participate fully. Violations may result in warnings, suspension, dismissal, or legal action.

4. Student Code of Ethics

Students are expected to uphold honesty, confidentiality, professionalism, accountability, and compassion in line with nursing values.

5. Intellectual Property Policy

All materials are property of Heggins’ PMHNP PreP Academy. They are for personal, non-commercial use only. Sharing or reproducing content is prohibited and may result in dismissal or legal action.

6. Accessibility & Non-Discrimination

7. Technology Use Policy
